2012 - Year of Successes
General Assembly at Chamroeunphal Farmer Association (CFA) Credit Union.
Since registering with the MoI in 2008, CCFiN has worked tirelessly to develop financial co-operatives in rural Cambodia. As of 2012, CCFiN has helped to register seven Credit Unions with the MoI and Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries (MAFF) respectively. CCFiN's Credit Union base spans Siem Reap, Preah Vihear, Kampong Chhnang, Kandal, and Takeo provinces. CCFiN continues to work with registered Credit Unions, Community Finance Institutions (CFIs), and NGO network to establish sustainable, community-owned financial services throughout Cambodia.
